Manufactured from premium food-grade pure copper sheets, the evaporator is precision formed into uniform square ice cavities to achieve even and efficient freezing. Food-grade welding paste is applied to all copper joints. After assembly, the evaporator is baked at 200°C. The welding paste melts and penetrates tiny gaps between copper sheets; upon natural cooling, the copper plates form a permanently solid integrated structure. This design brings great structural stability and superior thermal conductivity, enabling fast and continuous ice making to satisfy high-output commercial requirements. After welding, the evaporator goes through full-surface electroless nickel plating in our food-grade dedicated workshop, complying strictly with global food safety requirements. The plating delivers strong corrosion resistance and long service life under heavy commercial operation, preventing material degradation and maintaining consistent performance.
