Our cube ice evaporator is built from high-purity copper plate. The plates are precision formed into square ice cavities and joined with food-grade welding paste, then baked at 200°C in an industrial oven to form a solid, integrated structure with great thermal conductivity and stability.
The evaporator tray receives full-surface nickel plating complying with international food-grade standards. Fitted with precision food-grade white plastic parts, it is ready for direct installation. Perfect replacement part for commercial & industrial cube ice machines of major brands.
